The balance and a security deposit are generally payable at the time of vehicle pickup. All charges are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where relevant. We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely through trusted payment systems.

4. Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

Sub-letting the vehicle or allowing unauthorized drivers is against policy. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, exceeding passenger or weight limits, or venturing outside designated geographical boundaries without prior consent is also prohibited.

Violation of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.

8. Liability Limitations in Cirencester

To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Cirencester is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, that may arise from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the rental amount paid in the last 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or for fraudulent activities.
